When Will My Order Ship?
We begin shipping live plants at the end of April and the first week of May depending on where you are located (weather permitting). Bulbs start shipping late July.
We ship live plants on Monday-Wednesday. Live plant orders ship in 1-2 business days unless ordered after cutoff time (7:00 AM on Wednesday) for the week, then it could take up to 3 business days. Orders received by 7:00 AM on Wednesday will ship the following Monday or Tuesday to make sure your plants aren't in transit longer than they should be. Delivery for all orders from carrier takes about 1-5 days. We ship all other products Monday-Friday.
Where Do You Ship?
We ship throughout all of the United States, except for Alaska, Hawaii, and California. We don't ship internationally.
What is Your Cancellation/Return Policy?
After an email is sent saying your order is shipping, the order can be cancelled for a 20% restocking fee and only if the carrier has not picked up the package.
Anytime, prior to the shipping confirmation email being sent, an order can be cancelled without penalty.
When your order arrives, please look closely at the box and if there are any damages, please take pictures and send the photos to the following: sales@3bnatives.com.
In transit there can be some loose dirt or broken stems. This usually appears worse than it actually is. Again, take photos and either email sales@3bnatives.com or call 1-800-344-4407. We will guide you through how to determine if the plant is still viable. If determined viable we will ask that you plant immediately and give the plant a couple of weeks to establish and show new growth. If the plant does not establish, a full refund for any damaged plants will be given. A full refund will also be given for any plants determined not viable due to shipping damages. All refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
After a healthy plant, that arrived in good condition, has been planted we can not guarantee the plant. There are too many variables that can affect whether a plant will establish and grow: planted properly, site conditions, pests, etc. Please keep in mind these are Native Prairie Plants and certain species can be picky about their environment. Whether or not a species will take to a location can not be determined until after planting. Please be sure to research before planting. That being said, most species do extremely well with very few issues.
How Will My Order Ship?
We ship live plant orders via Spee-Dee Delivery and UPS depending on destination and package weight. We ship seed orders via USPS.
Will My Plants Be Trimmed Before Shipping?
We keep live plants trimmed for the health of the plant, and they may be cut before shipping. This does not harm the plant and actually makes it stronger and ready to grow for you when you receive it.
