Early Sunflower is a resilient perennial that thrives in diverse growing conditions, whether wet or dry. It’s among the first heliopsis to bloom and graces your garden with bright yellow flowers on long, slender stems. Flourishing in full sun, it tolerates some shade, but won't be as happy. For optimal support, consider reinforcing the stems. Extend its blooming season by removing spent flowers, attracting a delightful array of butterflies and pollinators for longer. Come fall, the seeds become a treat for visiting birds.
