Potted Plants

Prairie Dropseed is a fragrant addition to your garden. Once it goes to seed, the seed heads emit a unique distinctive aroma. It thrives in various conditions and is salt tolerant. It transforms into a stunning golden yellow/orange color in the fall. Beyond its visual allure, Sporobolus heterolepis serves as a source of food for animals. It also loves dry, hot conditions with lots of sunlight, making it an ideal choice for those seeking a resilient and visually striking grass for their garden.

Prairie Dropseed 50 Cell Tray

I was very impressed with what they sent me. The grasses had at least one year of growth, if not more. Prairie Dropseed is a slow growing grass, so this gave me a head start on having fully grown plants.
