Button Blazing Star attracts all kinds of pollinators! Hummingbirds and butterflies love the nectar and songbirds eat up the seeds. Resilient and adaptable, this perennial thrives in poor soils, drought, and high heat, but prefers well-drained soil in the winter. Displaying fluffy purple round flower heads on long stems, all blossoming simultaneously, it makes a great addition to your garden and an excellent choice for flower arrangements.

-Pot (each pot is 2.5” x 3.5”)
PLANTS MAY BE TRIMMED UPON ARRIVAL. We keep live plants trimmed for the health of the plant, and they may be cut before shipping. This does not harm the plant and actually makes it stronger and ready to grow for you when you receive it.

SHIPPING INFO:
We begin shipping live plants at the end of April and the first week of May depending on where you are located (weather permitting). Bulbs start shipping late July.
We ship live plants & bulbs on Monday-Wednesday in the Spring and Monday-Tuesday in Summer/Fall. Live plant orders ship in 1-2 business days unless ordered after cutoff time (7:00 AM on Wednesday {Spring} & Tuesday {Summer/Fall}) for the week, then it could take up to 3-4 business days. Orders received after cutoff will ship the following Monday or Tuesday to make sure your plants aren't in transit longer than they should be. Delivery for all orders from carrier takes about 1-5 days (depending on location). We ship all other products Monday-Friday.
